Latin Technique & Styling Course

• Studio 2 at Salsa Latina

• Course Length : 6 weeks (course will be progressive, but you can also drop in)

What Will I Learn?

In this class you will learn in depth techniques for body movement, spins & turns and arm styling that will help you feel more confident on the dance floor.

 

Content :

• Learn the following techniques during course

• Body alignment & positioning (posture)

• Body movement & isolation exercises

• Latin body movement – Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba

• Spin technique & turning drills

• Arm & body styling

 

Level :

This course is for men & women. We will be aiming this course at Improver & Intermediate level to Advanced so you will need to have completed a beginner course in either Salsa or Bachata to join. No partner is needed, this is solo & footwork only.

 

Enrolment :

Not required if you are taking classes already, this is designed for dancers who are already learning.
