Pole Dancing is great for strengthening the core body muscles and the whole body in general. Different levels for spins etc available ie grounded and air moves so everybody can achieve. Burlesque Style basic routine taught over a few weeks.

Pole Class Times:

- Pole Open & Beginner Level - Tuesdays 6:00pm

- Pole Open Level - Wednesdays 6:00pm

Pole Dance Levels:

- Beginners: beginners level is ideal for any new person wanting to try out, join in any time.

- Open Level: caters for a wide variety of levels, beginners welcome to join too.

- Intermediate Level: for the more serious pole dancer

 

What To Wear?

Be comfy first class - longs if u want or shorts skirt heels low - up to you bring a water bottle and hand towel and above all a smile which you will leave with anyway!
