Studio Hire

Our studio is available for private hire during Salsa Latina class times, giving dancers a dedicated space to practice, rehearse, or train independently.

Whether you’re refining your technique, preparing for a performance, or simply wanting extra practice time, our studio provides a comfortable and supportive environment.

Availability

🕕 6:00pm – 9:30pm

🕕 Monday – Thursday Only
(Available during scheduled Salsa Latina class evenings)

All bookings must be made in advance. Pre-booking through this page is essential.

Pricing

  • 1-2 Salsa Latina Students: $25 per session (with valid concession cards)

  • 3-4 Salsa Latina Students: $30 per session (with valid concession cards)

  • 5-6 Salsa Latina Students: $35 per session (with valid concession cards)

  • Non-Salsa Latina Students: $40 per booking (6 person max)

Important Notes

  • Studio hire is only available during designated hours (6:00pm–9:30pm)

  • All sessions must be pre-booked in advance

  • Bookings are 55mins per session in 30min increments (maximum 2 hours per night)

  • Availability may be limited

  • Maximum of 6 people per session

  • Management reserves the right to decline bookings if necessary

Studio Hire Terms & Conditions

By booking and using the Salsa Latina studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All studio hire sessions must be pre-booked in advance via the official booking page.

  • Payment is required as arranged (either prior to or on the day of booking).

  • Booking is only confirmed once accepted by Salsa Latina.

2. Availability

  • Studio hire is only available between 6:00pm – 9:30pm during scheduled Salsa Latina class evenings.

  • Availability may be limited depending on class schedules and existing bookings.

  • Salsa Latina reserves the right to adjust or decline bookings if required.

3. Use of Studio

  • The studio must be used responsibly and only for dance practice, rehearsal, or approved activities.

  • No disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated.

  • Users must respect ongoing classes and avoid interfering with scheduled lessons.

4. Care of Space

  • The studio must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

  • Any equipment used must be returned to its original position.

  • Any damage caused during hire may result in repair or replacement charges.

5. Conduct

  • Respect must be shown to instructors, students, and other studio users at all times.

  • Salsa Latina reserves the right to end a booking immediately if behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.

6. Cancellations & Changes

  • Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or change your booking.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.

7. Liability

  • All users enter and use the studio at their own risk.

  • Salsa Latina is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while using the space.

8. Agreement

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
