🎉 Thanks! to an Amazing Showcase Party!
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Salsa Latina Performance Teams Showcase & Party at Mount Pleasant Community Centre on Saturday!
It was fantastic to officially debut our Salsa & Bachata Performance Teams and share their new routines with everyone. Thanks for coming along, supporting our dancers and helping create such a great atmosphere for their first performances.
❤️ A special thank you to everyone who made a koha donation towards our teams. Your support helps with costs such as costumes, competition fees and travel, and is very much appreciated. If you missed the event but would still like to make a donation and support our Salsa Latina teams, please contact us. Every contribution helps as they prepare for their upcoming competitions!
🇨🇾 Reuben & Miléna - Back in Cyprus
Reuben & Miléna are now back in Cyprus! They’re already missing all the Christchurch dancers and the great few weeks back in NZ. But they’ll be back sooner or later, so keep an eye out for news on their next Christchurch visit!

We have 3 new Bachata courses kicking off next week!

Salsa Beginners Just Started Thursdays What a start! 60+ Salsa beginners joined us last Thursday, with Reuben heading up the class alongside Bridget. It was a huge, fun night with an awesome atmosphere!
This week Alastair & Bridget will continue with the rest of the course.
If you missed Week 1, this Thursday is your last chance to join the course.

⚙️ Level 3 Update
Our current Salsa & Bachata Level 3 classes have stopped until next year, as our teams will be taking over these time-slots to prepare for upcoming competitions.
When Level 3 returns, we'll be introducing a new and exciting Level 3 plan with plenty to look forward to!
In the meantime, if you've been attending Level 3, make the most of the remaining sessions and continue joining Level 2 to keep developing your skills.
We're also introducting an exciting brand-new Level 2 module – 209 – for both Salsa & Bachata, so stay tuned!

Engineers Latin Party is Coming Back
We have some great news – Engineers Latin Party is coming back soon with a new organiser! Expect amazing vibes, lighting and sound, with the fantastic indoor/outdoor flow that makes Engineers such a great location for a Latin night.
