Hola Salsa Latina family, we had a a massive Salsa class on Thursday, but will resume next week - just a reminder this week will be a short week of classes with only on Monday and Tuesday. Classes on Wednesday and Thursday are canceled just for this week. Consequently, the Bachata course planned to begin this week will now commence next week. All classes will resume next week. If you have any doubts, please check the updated timetable.

❌ Cancelations This Week
Due to large unforeseen events at the venue some classes have new start dates but all continue as normal from mid August. Affect dates are as follows:
Bachata Wednesday 06 August classes all start the following week on the 13th August for a free class, this is also a Fast Track course, learn more in 7 weeks.
Salsa Thursday 07 August classes canceled on this day and recontinue the following week as normal.
Salsa Tuesday 16 September classes canceled on this day and recontinue the following week as normal.
✈️ Reuben & Milena now in Europe
Reuben & Milena, are now in Europe and ready for new dance adventures!
They'll be away for at least 6 - 8 months. In the mean time 'Salsa Latina' will continue to thrive with our new teaching team. With continued support from our international teachers in Europe — keeping our amazing community strong and vibrant.
Expect some online classes from Reuben & Miléna in the near future and they are taking privates lessons via live online sessions if you are interested please use the contact form on this website.

Bachata Beginner 101 Grading: Wednesday 30th July 2025
Congratulations to all Beginner Bachata students who took on the challenge of the Beginners 101 Grading. This was a great size grading class and had a 100% pass rate. 3 of the dance students have also achieved a high level "Platinum Grade" - an excellent achievement!

Dance Growth
To continue improving, we recommend a combination of practice, online classes, private lessons, group classes, and social dancing. This is especially true for Beginner lessons, which are designed to be repeated. Gradings for Progression
Gradings are required to progress to the next levels, its also designed to help improve you fundamental level, so If you didn't get a platinum grade on the first attempt this is actually normal for most 90% of people who are new to dance
