The past week was amazing, with the launch of a new Salsa beginners class, attracting a large number of eager participants (see gif image below). The atmosphere was lively as newcomers, guided by our passionate instructors, took their first Salsa steps. Additionally, a new Bachata course starts tonight, introducing students to its smooth, romantic style and its free to try!. This week, we're also offering three more Bachata dance class levels, catering to all skill levels.. We're super excited to welcome new students transitioning into new classes after their Bachata grading on Monday. Lastly, our new 'Salsa Night Fever' at Engineers begin this Friday and will occur every fortnight afterwards, offering a vibrant social gathering for practice, connection, and enjoyment of Salsa & Bachata music and Latin dance. We look forward to seeing everyone there for a fun night out!

Bachata Beginners on Mondays 6:15pm starts this week "Tonight", if you havent tried Bachata come join us and bring a friend. Its starting from the beginning and its designed for absolute beginners, no partner needed and its free for everyone ...enrol here >

💃 Private Lessons & Gradings Fixed Times
We now have a fixed time for private lessons 5:30pm-6:00pm Monday to Thursdays only. This will hold multiple lessons at the new studio at once with multiple & various teachers, please book a private lesson or a private grading at these times to attain the best savings with no studio fees. .... private lessons >
🏢 We Have Moved!
For those that haven't been to our classes for some time, our old studio is no longer in existence and yes we have moved two blocks away down Colombo St. It's been a fews weeks now and 'Salsa Latina' and the NEW Studio & classes are running smoothly as usual. Tons of free parking behind the studio & no staircase. Please note the entrance is on the rear of the building not the street side....
GRADING RESULTS:
Bachata Beginner 101 Grading: Monday 5th May 2025
Congratulations to all Beginner Bachata students who took on the challenge of the Beginners 101 Grading. This class had a 92% pass rate. 5 of the dance students have also achieved a high level "Platinum Grade" - an excellent achievement!

Dance Growth
To continue improving, we recommend a combination of practice, online classes, private lessons, group classes, and social dancing. This is especially true for Beginner lessons, which are designed to be repeated. No matter your level, there are always areas for improvement and we want to support you in your dance journey by helping you reach your maximum potential.... The Ultimate Training Program >
Gradings for Progression
Gradings are required to progress to the next levels, its also designed to help improve you fundamental level, so If you didn't get a platinum grade on the first attempt this is actually normal for most 90% of people who are new to dance
