We Have Moved!

🚨 BIG NEWS 🚨

We’re excited to share a new chapter for Salsa Latina in Christchurch.

We’ve officially moved just over the road from Ara, on the corner of Madras & Allen Street, and are now based at The Assembly (formerly Winnie Bagoes).

This incredible new venue features:

✨ A massive Studio #1 for classes and socials

✨ A dedicated Practice Studio #2

✨ A huge common area for gathering and community vibes

This is a major upgrade for us. The larger main studio gives us more space for classes to grow, better movement, and an even better experience for all dancers. It allows us to welcome more people comfortably while continuing to build our community.

We also now have a smaller dedicated studio for private lessons & practice, perfect for personalised training and focused development for all levels — from beginners to advanced dancers.

This move marks an exciting step forward for Salsa Latina as we continue to grow a strong, welcoming, and vibrant dance community in Christchurch.

When you arrive come in through the Courtyard Entrance (behind the soon to come sign as pictured) You'll arrive in the common area where you can see reception before class.

Parking: Recommend not to park in Supermarket or Ara. Plenty is street parking available
